This Privacy Policy explains how IVSELLS Co (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit seraak.com or use SERAAK products and services.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you provide (for example email on the waitlist or when you email hello@seraak.com / support@seraak.com / adminai@seraak.com).
- Account details when you create a SERAAK account (email, plan, usage limits).
- Usage data such as feature use, message counts, and technical logs needed to run the service.
- Payment data processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
2. How we use information
- To operate and improve SERAAK and seraak.com
- To send waitlist and product updates you requested
- To provide support and respond to contact requests
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
- To meet legal and security requirements
3. AI providers
When you use SERAAK’s AI features, prompts and relevant project context may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to generate responses. We do not sell your code or prompts. Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share with those providers.
4. Local projects
SERAAK is a desktop app. Project files stay on your computer unless you choose to send content to AI features. Terminal commands run only after you approve them.
5. Sharing
We may share data with service providers that help us run SERAAK (hosting, email, payments, AI APIs), only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep account and support information as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Waitlist emails may be removed on request.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account or waitlist email by contacting hello@seraak.com or support@seraak.com.
9. Children
SERAAK is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
