These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of seraak.com and the SERAAK desktop application and related services operated by IVSELLS Co.
1. Acceptance
By visiting seraak.com, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using SERAAK, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
SERAAK is an AI-assisted desktop coding tool. Features, models, and limits may change as we develop the product. Pre-release and waitlist access are provided “as available.”
3. Accounts and plans
- You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
- Paid plans (Basic, Starter, Pro) include usage limits as described on the pricing page. There is no free plan.
- Checkout totals include tax and service charges. Fees are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SERAAK for illegal activity, malware, unauthorized access, or harm to others
- Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows
- Share account access in a way that violates plan limits
- Submit content you do not have rights to use
5. Your content and code
You retain ownership of your project files. You grant us a limited license to process content you send through SERAAK solely to provide the service (including sending prompts to AI providers you use through SERAAK).
6. AI outputs
AI suggestions may be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving all code changes and terminal commands before use in production.
7. Third-party services
SERAAK may rely on third parties (hosting, email, payments, AI APIs). Their terms and availability may affect the service.
8. Disclaimers
SERAAK and seraak.com are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IVSELLS Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of SERAAK.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
